I’m the proud owner/founder of The Gab Cab. I came up with the idea for The Gab Cab in Summer 2025 while visiting York, Maine. I got started the very next week after coming up with the idea. What began as just an idea has quickly grown into a business built on creativity, attention to detail, and an outlet to spark conversations and host beautiful, unique events.

Outside of my mobile bar I work full time as a public health professional at Mass General Brigham. I hold my bachelors in Applied Biomedical Science, Clinical Lab and my MPH in Healthcare Management.

Throughout both my undergraduate and graduate years, I worked part-time as a server and bartender.

I’ve always been a very creative person, with an entrepreneurial itch. As a child I had a “store” called G-Jane where I’d sell my family homemade crafts and DIY projects. As I got older, I found myself loving to host and plan parties/events. Although the public health field is fulfilling, I miss having a creative outlet. The Gab Cab has given me an outlet to exercise my creative, marketing, fun, and passion for celebrations side!
